Equipment Service

Olympic Printer Resources, Inc. provides full service support for most computer laser and inkjet printers, fax machines, and small personal copiers in the Puget Sound region. Our hourly rate for maintenance and repair services is $60.00 per hour (minimum service call charge is $60.00). Normally there is no charge for mileage or travel time to the customer. Also, we can setup our Standard Service Contract for $150.00 per year on laser printers that provides for two semi-annual service calls for equipment inspection, service and cleaning. All labor costs are covered in the contract for normal emergent repairs needed for the equipment. If replacement parts are required, they are provided at our cost plus 20%. If we cannot quickly repair the equipment on site, we will provide, if available, a loaner printer of the same or similar quality for use in the interim. Our goal is to have our client’s equipment back up and running within 24 hours.
