Our normal rate for IT services is $85.00 per hour (minimum on-site service call charge is $85.00).
Our experienced staff consists of Dave Lucas (Luke), Vice President of Computer and Information Technology Resources, and Jeff Kelly, Computer/Network Specialist.
Luke has over twenty five years of extensive business information technology (IT) experience. He was the IT manager for Seattle Systems (now Trulife Healthcare) of Poulsbo, a major manufacturer of orthopaedic and prosthetic devices. He also was a program manager for Delphinus Engineering providing local government and business contracts. From 1996 until he joined Olympic Printer Resources, he also owned and operated Computer Port providing local business network support services. Luke is a retired U.S. Navy Warrant Officer and has MCSE, Microsoft Exchange, Fourth Shift ERP, and CNE certifications.
Jeff has over twenty years experience in network and database administration with an excellent reputation for quality work and superior customer service. He managed the John L. Scott Real Estate corporate and Websuite.com networks before starting and running Computer Solutions KC for ten years. He has an AA in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix and has MCSE and MCP certifications.
